Freno tirato, invece, per le tisane contro la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.humanitas.it\/pazienti\/malattie-e-cure\/addome\/3820-stipsi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>stitichezza<\/strong><\/a>, di cui non si deve mai fare un uso prolungato. A spiegare che non tutte le tisane per la funzionalit\u00e0 digestiva giovano all\u2019apparato digerente sono gli specialisti di Humanitas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non tutto ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 naturale, purtroppo, fa bene all\u2019organismo. Una distinzione importante che si dovrebbe fare quindi \u00e8 tra ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 di origine \u201cnaturale\u201d e ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 \u201cnaturale e fisiologico\u201d. Le <strong>tisane lassative<\/strong>, ad esempio, pur essendo completamente naturali perch\u00e9 a base di piante, contengono per lo pi\u00f9 sostanze che irritano l\u2019<strong>intestino<\/strong>, come accade con la senna, che \u00e8 una delle erbe pi\u00f9 utilizzate come lassativo.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Non esagerare con le tisane anti stitichezza<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quanto alle <strong>tisane<\/strong> che riducono la formazione di gas nell\u2019<strong>intestino<\/strong>, sono per lo pi\u00f9 a base di piante come finocchio, camomilla, cumino, coriandolo, malva e zenzero. Tra le piante che vengono utilizzate nelle preparazioni delle <strong>tisane lassative<\/strong> le pi\u00f9 diffuse e impiegate sono la liquirizia, il tarassaco, il rabarbaro e la senna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proprio quest\u2019ultima stimola l\u2019immissione di acqua nell\u2019<strong>intestino<\/strong>, riducendo la durezza delle feci e facilitandone l\u2019eliminazione. \u00c8 quindi s\u00ec in grado di favorire l\u2019evacuazione, riducendo la <strong>stitichezza<\/strong>, ma con effetti indesiderati importanti: alla lunga pu\u00f2 infatti dare irritazione intestinale, e comportare crampi e diarrea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019uso prolungato delle <strong>tisane lassative <\/strong>comporta la messa a riposo dell\u2019<strong>intestino<\/strong> che, avendo qualcosa che lavora al suo posto \u2013 come la senna che richiama acqua per facilitare la peristalsi, ad esempio \u2013 non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 abituato a contrarsi e a lavorare autonomamente, e perde gradualmente la sua autonomia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Che cosa utilizzare, allora, contro la <strong>stitichezza<\/strong> come rimedio fai-da-te al posto delle <strong>tisane lassative<\/strong>? Un valido aiuto pu\u00f2 arrivare dal consumo al mattino, a stomaco ancora vuoto, di <strong>magnesio<\/strong> disciolto in un bicchiere di acqua calda, che facilita la funzione intestinale senza dare effetti collaterali.
