Contiene anche <\/span><b>magnesio, calcio, ferro, rame <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ed \u00e8 un\u2019ottima fonte di <strong>fibre vegetali<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Importante ricordare che il kiwi possiede un\u2019altissima concentrazione di <\/span><b>polifenoli<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, molecole antiossidanti essenziali per la nostra salute, in quanto proteggono le cellule dell\u2019organismo dagli effetti negativi dei radicali liberi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I radicali liberi, infatti, hanno un ruolo nell\u2019invecchiamento e in tutta una serie di patologie, in quanto indeboliscono il sistema immunitario e aumentano il rischio di sviluppare patologie infiammatorie e tumorali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un kiwi<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e8 fatto di <\/span><b>acqua <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per l\u201985%.
