Lo stress \u00e8 comprensibile, aumentato com\u2019\u00e8 dai repentini cambiamenti delle nostre abitudini a cui siamo stati sottoposti negli ultimi giorni: pensiamo alle scuole chiuse, allo smart working, all\u2019autoquarantena, ma anche alla confusione che deriva dall\u2019eccessiva quantit\u00e0 di informazioni diffuse e (spesso) non affidabili.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanit\u00e0 (OMS) ha da poco pubblicato un\u2019infografica che contiene alcuni consigli per gestire al meglio lo stress e affrontare le nostre paure: regole semplici, ma che possono fare la differenza al momento del bisogno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abbiamo commentato la notizia con il<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanpiox.net\/medici\/giampaolo-robert-perna\/\"> <b>professor Giampaolo Perna<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Responsabile del Centro per i disturbi d\u2019ansia e di panico di Humanitas San Pio X.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I consigli dell\u2019OMS contro lo stress<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 normale sentirsi tristi, stressati, confusi, spaventati o arrabbiati durante un momento di crisi come questo. Parlare con persone di cui ti fidi pu\u00f2 aiutare: contatta i tuoi amici e la tua famiglia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se devi rimanere a casa, mantieni uno stile di vita sano: via libera a una dieta corretta, a un numero adeguato di ore di sonno, esercizio fisico quotidiano e contatti sociali con i propri cari, a casa quando possibile, e via e-mail e telefono quando non lo \u00e8.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non utilizzare il fumo, l&#8217;alcol o sostanze stupefacenti per affrontare le tue emozioni. Se ti senti sopraffatto, parla con un operatore sanitario o un consulente. \u00c8 necessario avere un piano, sapere dove andare e come cercare aiuto per la tua salute fisica e mentale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attento alle fake news. Raccogli le informazioni che ti aiuteranno a determinare con precisione il rischio, in modo da poter assumere precauzioni ragionevoli. Basati solo su fonti attendibili.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limita la preoccupazione e l&#8217;agitazione riducendo il tempo che tu e la tua famiglia trascorrete guardando o ascoltando i media o leggendo i post sui social network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per gestire le tue emozioni durante questa emergenza, ricordati di come hai affrontato in passato le avversit\u00e0 della vita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il commento dello specialista<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00abLe raccomandazioni dell\u2019OMS sono assolutamente condivisibili\u00bb, spiega il dottor Perna. \u00abRinforzerei l\u2019importanza della paura e dell\u2019ansia come emozioni assolutamente utili e salutari che devono guidare il comportamento verso l\u2019applicazione concreta delle azioni protettive che le autorit\u00e0 suggeriscono e che possono salvarci dalle conseguenze di questa emergenza\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00c8 normale avere una sensazione di perplessit\u00e0 e di stranezza dovuta alla necessit\u00e0 di cambiare la propria routine, cos\u00ec come \u00e8 normale vivere questo momento con incertezza. Darei rilievo al ruolo centrale dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 fisica e dell\u2019allenamento come strumenti per aumentare l\u2019efficienza fisica e il senso di benessere, entrambi necessari per sostenere un atteggiamento positivo in questo momento cos\u00ec complesso e difficile. Infine ricorderei a tutti che <strong>l\u2019imperativo di proteggersi secondo le indicazioni delle autorit\u00e0 affonda le radici nel nostro spirito altruistico verso le persone a noi care,
