Il <strong>nuoto<\/strong>, allenamento di scarico per eccellenza, \u00e8 spesso la prima disciplina sportiva praticata in modo sistemico. Vediamo perch\u00e9 questa attivit\u00e0, se piace al bambino, \u00e8 da preferire a molte altre. Ne abbiamo parlato con il dott.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.humanitas.it\/medici\/stefano-respizzi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0<strong>Stefano Respizzi<\/strong><\/a>, specialista in fisiatria e in medicina dello sport di Humanitas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Benessere armonico delle articolazioni<\/h2>\n<p>Il nuoto \u00e8 uno<strong> sport di \u201cscarico\u201d<\/strong>, ci\u00f2 significa che le articolazioni e le giunture non sono sovraccaricate quando lo si pratica perch\u00e9 il galleggiamento cambia pesi e volumi corporei. L\u2019altro elemento positivo \u00e8 che <strong>il movimento avviene in modo<\/strong> <strong>armonioso<\/strong>. Il lavoro cardiopolmonare si abbina quello di braccia e gambe.<\/p>\n<h2>Un movimento alla portata di tutti e senza controindicazioni<\/h2>\n<p>Per fare nuoto inoltre non servono grandi investimenti: le strutture pubbliche sono diffuse in modo capillare in tutti i centri abitati di una certa dimensione e l\u2019<strong>attrezzatura<\/strong> che serve \u00e8 praticamente nulla, bastano un costume da bagno e degli occhialini.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Falsi miti<\/h2>\n<p>Che il nuoto faccia bene alla salute non vi sono dubbi. Ci sono per\u00f2 patologie che non \u00e8 in grado di curare o correggere. \u00c8 falso, per esempio, che possa curare la <strong>scoliosi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019altra parte <strong>non vi sono controindicazioni<\/strong> alla pratica di questo sport: nemmeno soffrire di asma. L\u2019unica limitazione potrebbe essere quella di una allergia al cloro, che provocherebbe rossori sulla pelle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La mancanza dell\u2019aspetto ludico<\/h2>\n<p>Per quanto i bambini considerino divertente stare nell\u2019acqua, tanto che al mare spesso \u00e8 difficile convincerli a separarsene, al nuoto manca l\u2019aspetto ludico. <strong>Non \u00e8 uno sport di squadra<\/strong>. Anche se lo si pratica in gruppo nel momento di cui si nuova si \u00e8 soli ed la socializzazione \u00e8 minima. Gli manca quindi l\u2019aspetto di divertimento che pu\u00f2 essere indicato per i bambini. Ecco perch\u00e9 sarebbe bene non forzare i ragazzi che non manifestano interesse o piacere nel praticarlo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>E\u2019 fra gli sport pi\u00f9
