Vive nelle acque dell&#8217;Oceano Atlantico orientale, dalla Norvegia all&#8217;Islanda sino al Senegal. \u00c8 presente anche in alcune parti del Mar Nero e nel Mar Mediterraneo, incluse le acque italiane. Ama i fondali sabbiosi o fangosi e pu\u00f2 vivere anche oltre i 400 m di profondit\u00e0. Durante il giorno si nasconde &#8211; in modo del tutto simile a quanto fanno le murene &#8211; prediligendo gli anfratti rocciosi o, in alternativa, insabbiandosi. Di notte, invece, esce per cacciare.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Quali sono le propriet\u00e0 nutrizionali?<\/h2>\n<p>100 g di grongo apportano circa 74 calorie.<\/p>\n<p>Nello specifico, con 100 g di grongo si assumono:<\/p>\n<p>18,6 g di proteine<\/p>\n<p>4,6 g di grassi<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;esatto apporto calorico pu\u00f2 mutare in base a fattori come la freschezza del pesce e il tipo di produzione.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Quando non mangiare il grongo?<\/h2>\n<p>Non risulta che il suo consumo possa interagire con l&#8217;assunzione di medicinali o altre sostanze.
